How to Use Sacred Geometry: Metatron’s Cube, 5 & 6 Sided Star

In this workshop, we will learn the basics of Metatron’s cube, the five and six-sided star, and how to use them in our every day life to support health and the raising of consciousness.
We will experience how these geometries appear in our energetic & physical bodies and explore various internal techniques and external tools to direct energy and increase potency behind any intention we set.
These techniques and tools include: grids, crystals, mudras, and shamanic breathwork.
