ome and join Gullveig every 1st and 3rd Tuesday 6:30pm-8:00pm for her Crystal Grid/Good Vibrations Meditation
This special bi-monthly event that combines crystal grids, sleep-based meditation (AKA “yoga nidra”). Each week will be a different topic.
With the sound healing will be used to bring balance, calming and gentle yet profound energetic/chakra balancing that at times may also create a shift in mental perspective and support the healing process either physically, mentally, or emotionally.
Each class Gullveig will offer a different theme, chakra, and sacred geometry crystal grid relevant to the theme for the evening.
In any meditation, your purpose is to access directly what it is that allows you to feel the most supported and safe, and once this is established in this very calm connection of being infinitely supported, you will hopefully experience how much more gracefully emotional and physical freedom may be attained.
