With Tina’s ability to connect with spirit, angels and guides, and her ability to teach you how to connect with them in a regular meditation gives you a much more full experience before you leave class.
You will be in a meditative state and will be connecting with your angels and guides to get information that they want you to write out on paper.
Tina will be doing a guided meditation and everyone will be doing automatic writing at the same time. But the great news is that you will be writing what is coming to you.

Please bring paper and a clipboard or something hard for easy writing while in a meditative state.
