Join Sharon Rose and go within your body as you gently move through postures of the expressive Yin and allow the healing energy of Intuitively selected crystals to wash over you.
Yin is the practice of intentional stillness in Yogic postures for a short yet extended period of time. The time allows the body to experience the tensions, strength, and inevitable surrender to the posture.
This 90 minutes experience will include an Alchemical Crystal Sound Healing & Crystal Connection Mediation to seal the energetic bodies and our time together. Each participant gets to take home the class crystal!
