The Universe is a living organism, conscious and responsive and we are part of it. Our shaman ancestors knew this and spoke to the trees and the animals, to the sun and the star beings and drew power and knowledge from this connection. They were able to connect with the natural cycles of the Earth and work with those energies.
The time of the Spring Equinox is a time of rebirth and renewal. It is when the seeds of intentions we have planted start to really stir and germinate. Through ceremony and journying we will consciously connect and work with these energies to heal ourselves and honor each other.
Shamanic journying is about going inside and accessing the intelligence and power of the Universe.
