Love & Bliss- A Yoga Nidra, Reiki, Sound Meditation w/ Belle ($20/person)

Come and join Belle as she guides you through Yoga Nidra/Reiki and Sound Meditation. You will receive a vibrational sound bath to reset your energy and body. Belle will be using a combination of tuning forks, crystal singing bowls and/or gongs.

Yoga Nidra is often referred to as Psychic Sleep. It has been proven scientifically that practicing Yoga Nidra allows the Pre Frontal Cortex to heal. It was shown after 11 sessions. Yoga Nidra boosts brain function. It is Delta Sleep. It allows your body to deeply heal. As your body is healing so is your Spirit. Belle calls Nidra Liquid Plumber for your Vortex or “Tube.” It allows you to rest back as your Divine Source and release old patterns which no longer serve you.

The Reiki energy will assist in lifting your energy to the Love-Bliss state.
