Meet Nicholle Caldwell. She is our in house Nutritionist and she has this amazing abilities to help guide and teach children of all ages.
Nichole has created this mind, body, and soul group for young girls that emphasizes principles of self love, personal power and the beauty that comes from allowing your light to shine from within.
This is fun and enriching workshop has been designed for your especially for your daughter to explore all the ways in which she may improve and transform herself. Nichole will be teaching a deep appreciation and celebration of gratitude using open dialogue and thought provoking crafts. Nicholle creates a safe space for your daughter to express her individuality while honoring herself and others.
(NOTE: Parents, this class is for your girls. You may hang out at the shop during class but parents are not to attend so the full benefit of the class is experienced. Contact Nicholle with any questions.)
~Core messages delivered in the GiRLiFE curriculum:
•The thoughts we choose to feed our minds are the most powerful tools we have to live a happy and healthy life.
•Girls who truly believe in themselves and understand the influence of their own personal power, or happier, more confident, and want to experience peace in their lives and relationships.
•The opportunities are truly endless for a young girl when she understands that she is worthy and capable of living a life beyond the limits of her imagination.
~ The goal of the class if for your child will walk away with:
•A new set of like-minded friends
•A craft to illustrate the workshop’s teachings
•A crystal to help support them in their journey.
And much more, so they are able to create the life they want to live!
Exchange: $35/child each additional sibling is $10 Each child will also be going home with a crystal to help support them in their journey.
