In this meditation Belle has created a custom crystal grid to clear out blocks in the Sacral Chakra and to lift the your energy to the energy of Creation.

The Intention for this meditation is to release old abundance stories that no longer serve your highest good. The Universe wants us the be limitless in our Abundance and has blessed us with the tools to do so. Yoga Nidra allows your mind to quiet so we can rest back and release what no longer serves us with Ease & Grace.
