1 Coffee and Coaching [Sharon]

Inspirational words, phrases, and quotes are being used in memes, workshops, books, and classes, plastered on the Instagram pages of coaches, life stylists, self-empowerment authors and speakers alike, myself included. A glimpse into the seemingly luscious life of the entrepreneur, I offer up simple words or quotes that are meant to brighten your day and inspire you, as they do for me.

Hustle / Discipline / Align / Devotion

These four words, which hold an abundance of energy, are being used more and more. They can be felt as having similar meaning or reasoning and at the same time are completely different. There is the masculine and feminine energies which can be resonant just by saying each word out loud or in your head.   When you look at them, the vibration sent to the psyche is contrasting. Words thoughts, visions, action create our reality, therefore we should be mindful of designing those very things. Our vocabulary, what we watch, what we listen to, what we allow to enter into the our brainwaves are all a part of the design. The first step towards living life as the designer is understanding the energy of how we create and what we us to create.

Together we will journey through the energy of the hustle, the discipline, the alignment, and the devotion of creation. How these ideas affect our ability to connect and move through life with grace and ease.

C&C is a space for women to come together to dive deep into the the work of healing the self. All who walk this path are on thier own unique spiritual journeys, witnessing behaviors, actions, and thoughts. When women come together in community nurturing a collective intention of vulnerability and openness, there is an inevitable awareness to be had; that while we are all unique, we are all born of the same thread, and that is where we find our connection. Sacred space is held, allowing opportunity to share, listen, connect, and heal. The experience is always divinely guided and tailored to the energy of Lunar cycle. Each month will host a topic emulated in meditation, movement, sharing, coaching, reflection, awareness, and connection. You will gain new awareness and insights into your person, always nurtured and supported in moving forward on your path.

Life coaching is a way to dig deep and find the answers we have hidden beneath the surface. We will bring light to the feelings, situations, & experiences that are consciously and subconsciously holding you back, putting in place steps that you can take to release and move forward in your life.
