Everything in the Universe exists as a vibration. We are an expression of those vibrations and our bodies reflect the state of the vibrations we are surrounded by. When we allow ourselves to be washed over by the healing frequencies of singing bowls and gongs, amazing things can happen. Those sounds can energize us, they can calm us. They can move stagnant energies or help slow hyper energies. The array of vibrations have a way of resetting our energy back to its Divine state.
Sound meditations have been shown to reduce stress levels and boost our immune response. They helps to facilitate a shift in our brainwave state from one of a beta state to one of alpha or theta. Come and allow yourself to be washed over with the vibrations of healing gongs and singing bowls. It is a powerful experience where the flow of energy can be brought back into balance within our bodies.
In this session you will relax and be immersed in the sounds of a variety of singing bowls and gongs for an hour. There will be some sharing before and after the session.
Please feel free to bring your own mat and blanket too create your nest or SANITIZED BLANKETS AND PILLOWS ARE AVAILABLE.

In his quest of using sound he realized he loved sharing sound to help others and now we are very blessed to have him at Everything Just Rocks.
Stephen knows from personal experience that a sound bath is a relaxing and immersive experience that uses sound and vibration to promote wellness and healing. Sound baths can help people reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, as well as improve mood, sleep, and creativity. Sound baths are becoming more popular as a form of alternative therapy and meditation, especially among people who are looking for natural and holistic ways to improve their health and well-being.
