Managing Holiday Stress with Dr Melanie Plus $15 B-12 Shots

Recently she has taken a break from her private practice to do retreats in South America. We are thankful she came home for the holidays and wanted to come and talk to everyone at the shop. We used to have her once a month come in and talk to us about all kinds of topics and if she comes back full time we will resume these visits from her.

In this talk she will be helping us earn about how to dela with holiday Stress, how to not gain weight and what she calls “Holistic Stress Busting”.
