Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful modality to help us go deeply into non-ordinary states of consciousness. In these states it is possible to bring forth hidden insights, release stuck emotions, and to connect with the infinite expanse of psyche and soul. The breath and the music within this ceremony facilitate deep healing, transformation, and self-awareness and empower us to connect to our innate wisdom.
What parts of your life are calling to be revealed? What part of you is seeking renewal? Transformation? Rebirth? What parts of you need tending?
During the Shamanic Breathwork Journey itself, we will be lying down using circular breathing and evocative, chakra-attuned music to “walk between the worlds”. Following that, we integrate the experiences, messages and symbols using art-making and group sharing with ceremonial cacao.
Cacao is a powerful medicine for heart connection. During the integration/sharing circle we will celebrate and witness each other by sharing in this medicine.
