This class will use meditation, yoga nidra and restoritive meditation, reiki to help you reclaim your power so you are able to live the life you wish to live.
We will be working around judgement and journaling to learn how to process yourself and have a support system when the class is over. You will have work sheets to help you during and after the class.

Saturday – 2pm – 7pm
Sunday – 10 am – 3pm
