In this class you will be encouraged to lay down and create a pillow and blanket cocoon for yourself so that your body may be supported by the Earth.
When our bodies are supported they release density and constrictions that have been held easily and effortlessly.
Belle will be using a crystal grid at the front of the room that will beam loving and supportive energy to you while you rest back and relax.
The gong will be used bathe to bathe you in high vibe sound love. Belle will use Guided Imagery to take you on a journey of deep relaxation.
Join Belle on this journey of deep rest and relaxation. Sanitized pillows and blankets are available, participants are encouraged to bring whatever they need to maximize their comfort.
