Using EFT to Release Physical and Emotional Pain with Athena

We will be holding this hands on EFT (tapping) class at our location. I use this technique daily to help us stay emotionally balanced, physically healthy and pain free.

If you wish to learn how to free your body from those nagging emotions that cause you so much physical pain, come attend this class. I will do as much as I can to the best of my ability to relieve the pain in your body. It may take a few sessions to remove all of it depending on the severity of your pain and injuries.

I have personally used EFT(Emotional Freedom Technique) or (Tapping) for years to help me over come pain, fears and to help me sleep plus releasing a myriad of other negative emotions that were stuck in my body for decades. ~ Athena Chakeres
