Blue Light Spirit Tunnel Guided Meditation [Julia]

This amazing meditation is designed to help you to receive messages in a gentle manner from many forms in the universe.

In this guided meditation you will be assisted in traveling through a blue tunnel of peace to a park on the other side. In this park you will have an opportunity to in your guides, angels and loved ones who have crossed over. They will be available to deliver messages if you are ready to hear them. You will then travel forward to a large body of water where water spirits will have an opportunity to present themselves to deliver message they may have for you. Then you will travel forward again to a mountain with volcanic activity allowing you an opportunity for the earth, fire and air spirits to make themselves known to you. And if they have a message it will be delivered if they so choose to. Then you will be brought back through the peaceful blue tunnel to return to current time.

Remember in all meditations your imagination is your best friend. If you allow your mind to be free and not confided to our conscious mind you will have always get more out of your meditations.
