This is a very deep and powerful meditation that assists you in breaking down the energy field or blocks that is keeping you from full and clear communication with these loving beings. These spiritual being are here to help you with your life path and purpose. They may also want to help you live your life with more grace and ease. Another reason for their communication is to help you let go of emotions you have towards them that are not healthy. A lot of time they want to communicate to help those of us living still on earth to let go so we may be a happier, healthier and more fun version of ourselves.
