If so, Lynn has created a new class for you to do this.

This is a traditional Celtic Knot uses the ‘three loop’ image of the Trinity with a circle woven into the triquetra to celebrate the ‘oneness’ of God. This knot is able to be hung in a window in, car or opening since both sides will be finished.

Your finished Celtic Knot masterpiece may be used as a window hanger to show off and enhance the crystals you have added to it. It can also be worn as a pin if you so choose to use it that way.

You will also learning about the energy of design so that you are able to get the most benefit out of your Celtic Knot all year round which is a small bonus to this fun creative class.

Work with Kharma in this 2 part workshop to create the medicine of your drum. This ceremonial practice is both beautiful and ancient.

Part one will have us gather in ceremony to set our intention for the medicine that will become. We will create Agua Florida and take a shamanic journey to connect with the Spirits of the earth, Ancestors and the Animal from which the hide is given. We will use ceremony and song to place the hide in the Sacred Waters.

We will return the next morning to inscribe our frames and birth the hides and ties. Together we will use hands and song to craft your very own 14inch shamanic drum according to the Old Way.

The Universe is a living organism, conscious and responsive and we are part of it. Our shaman ancestors knew this and spoke to the trees and the animals, to the sun and the star beings and drew power and knowledge from this connection. Shamanic journeying is about going inside and accessing the intelligence and power of the Universe.

The shamanic journey helps us to cross the bridge between our ordinary level of awareness to the deeper realms of our inner world. We all have this “bridge” within us. The sub-conscious mind serves as a link to these spiritual realms.

When someone goes on a journey they are able to communicate on a spiritual level. They can go and visit guardian spirits, they can go and visit spirits of the land. A journeyer can use a journey to examine the health of their body and mind. They can also discover things about the world. The intention of a journey can include healing oneself , spiritual growth, enjoyment, connection with guardian spirits, learning, and many other things because journeying is a diverse tool and is limited by your own imagination.
